The Nightwind Dressage Saddle from Smith-Worthington is designed to fit draft, baroque breeds, draft crosses and other broad backed horses. It is made in England of full grained English tanned "memmel" cowhide flaps and skirts. Similar to buffalo leather, the leather is extremely flexible. The seat and padded portion of flaps have a tactile finish, for a gentle grip. the panels use glove tanned cowhide. We charge a 15% restocking fee on all returned saddles.

The black leather Nightwind saddle pictured above has a sliding rear billet that allows accurate girth placement and prevents cantle rise, or order with traditional billets. This is a very soft open seat with a long working center. For those who occasionally make an error in landing, there is softer foam leading up to the pommel. The seat width is 10", depth is 3" and the flap lengh is 17". The twist width is medium wide.
