Purchaser is entirely responsible for his/her safety while using merchandise purchased from DraftTack.com. Equines are VERY strong animals, and all leather goods can and will break under enough stress. Please check all of your tack before EACH ride for fray or wear spots and replace as needed!
Please remember we are also human and during March through October it is SHOW SEASON, then comes the holidays and everyone wants everything right now. We
offer such a great selection that other companies do not carry because we do not keep every size and every color in stock. With the luxury of hard to find items and custom items comes the need for you to be patient. If you cannot wait this amount of time... DO NOT ORDER FROM US!

How to Order from Drafttack.com:

DraftTack.com offers a couple of easy & fast methods of ordering from us. For the best method, we suggest using our website's shopping cart. This allows us to process the order much more smoothly & accurately. (Also benefits in getting addresses, phone numbers, and names correctly!)
* One is through our website's 128 bit Secure shopping cart. This new easy to understand & use shopping cart features the latest security measures for your ordering ease & security. An option of paying via money order or personal check is offered through our shopping cart. Customers are then sent (via Order Confirmation Email) directions and all address information of where to send their payment. Order must be completed online before an Email Order Confirmation is received by customer.
* Customers can also call Drafttack.com at 513-528-3521 Tuesday through Friday, 10-4 pm Central Daylight Time.
All Payments are to be in US Funds! Shipping due will also be charged even if not shown on the shopping cart for all Canadian and International orders. Contact us FIRST before placing order or sending funds if you are NOT located within the contiguous US!

Payment Options

Drafttack.com accepts, Visa, MasterCard, Personal or Company Check (Order held a minimum of 14 days before shipping), Bank Drafts, and also Money Orders.
Personal/Company Check orders will be held a minimum of 14 days before shipping. A fee of $30 will be charged for ANY returned checks. Payment MUST be received within 10 days or your products will be re-stocked and you will be refused future service with us.

* Customers can choose Money Order or Personal/Company Checks during the checkout process on our website's shopping cart. Information about where to send the payment will arrive by Order Confirmation email after completing the order On-line.

Order Cancellations
|
Due to the high number of "Non-Paying" customers, Drafttack.com requires that all orders be paid for my mail or fax within 10 days. If you place an order on-line with us, and choose the MAIL/FAX option you are entering into a binding contract with us. Payments not received within the 10 days will result in your being refused future service with us for Non-Payment. Since many items are custom, and we start work on orders as soon as they are received, this problem of orders not being paid for, has resulted in hundreds of lost hours, tracking down customers for payment, overstocks on items, and a huge backlog of orders packed and ready to ship without payment received.
PLEASE NOTE TO ALL CUSTOMERS!! Due to the high number of order cancellations on orders that were not in stock, all cancelled orders that you have not received but ordered from us will be charged a 30% re-stocking fee and will not be cancelled if they have shipped, in which case the shipping charges will be additional from the 30% restocking fee! It is stated on the website, and we state this verbally
on the phone, these items can and do take between 3-4 weeks during the "On or SHOW" season before they reach you!
Drafttack.com can and will refuse future service to anyone that orders via the website, and then does not send payment, or whom has cancelled a previous order with us once the items were ready to ship out. Be polite contact us when you cancel, you have 24 hours to cancel your items and make sure you get a confirmation from us via email or phone that your order has been cancelled. DO NOT EMAIL and ASSUME it has been cancelled without confirmation!!!!!!

Shipping Information:

Most items that are listed IN STOCK ship within 72 hours (Except for orders received after 2 pm and on Saturdays, Sundays, & Mondays. WE DO NOT SHIP OR FILL ORDERS ON THESE DAYS! They are our production days!). Other orders usually ship within 10-14 days.
Custom orders can and often do take 2-4 weeks, sometimes longer.
If time is a concern please email us for options on faster shipping where applicable.
Drafttack.com can and will use a drop ship method on some items. This enables us to sometimes ship items much quicker to our customers. If you receive a defective item, DO NOT USE IT, or you will forfeit any type of credit or refund! Contact us immediately for resolution. DO NOT contact our manufacturers directly!!!
Refunds or Exchanges.

Please follow these steps in insure your return/exchange will be granted and in a quick manner.
Not following these steps will FORFEIT any type of refund/exchange.
1. ALL returns/exchanges etc. MUST include a copy of the invoice AND a RMA# on the invoice copy AND outside of Box.
2. ALL returns/exchanges etc. MUST be shipped back to Draft Tack, within 10 days of arrival (irregardless of where the items were shipped from!).
3. ALL returns/exchanges etc. MUST have all original tags on them. The product/s must be free from any dirt, hair, grunge, grime etc. (NO KIDDING AROUND PLEASE, ONLY CLEAN ITEMS WILL BE REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED and PLEASE put the items BACK together the way they came!)
4. ALL returns/exchanges etc. MUST be stock sized items.
Nothing custom can be returned, however we do allow for exchanges of pieces or we can make additional pieces for an additional price. Please email info@drafttack.com.
5. Shipping back to Drafttack.com is the Customer's responsibility. COD's are not accepted. Returns/Exchanges without RMA's will be refused.
Shipping charges are not refundable.

Backorders/Out of Stock:

Due to the huge amount of items DraftTack.com offers here on it's website, you might have purchased an item that is temporarily out of stock. When you order an item that is out of stock, it will be placed on back order. Back orders will be shipped
as soon as possible unless we receive cancellation notice from the customer. We will try to email you once, if and when your item/s are on back order. Any item on back order for longer than 90 days will be cancelled.

Drafttack.com does provide some of the lowest prices on top quality tack available today. We gladly ship internationally and ask that all funds be in US dollars.
DraftTack.com's prices are subject to change without prior notice. Prices on the Internet might not be current. Also shipping rates maybe changed to reflect current gas prices. This is something we cannot control. Please contact us for current shipping rates if you
are concerned about it. Shipping prices on website are often higher than those charged. We reserve the right to correct them either higher or lower for actual shipping rates.
